• Your account password is strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party
• Identity verification (NID/Passport) may be required prior to processing large withdrawals
• Any theft of account login credentials must be reported to the support team immediately

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. However, large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. Sixs Bet ensures that no withdrawal will be finalized until the payment method has been verified.

Sixs Bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions; failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

At Sixs Bet, all bet and game outcomes are determined by an impartial RNG (Random Number Generator). Any disputes regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.

For Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, Sixs Bet will void or settle the bet in accordance with standard rules. Once a live bet has been accepted, cancellation options are limited.

• Sixs Bet reserves the right to recover any winnings incorrectly credited due to a system error
• Placing bets on both sides of the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sixs Bet and will result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture. In cases of fraud or cybercrime, we are obligated to take legal action.

• Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyberattack
• Bonus abuse or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
• Use of stolen credit/debit cards or payment methods
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems
• Participation in match fixing or information manipulation

Sixs Bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, particularly in cases of rule violations. Where an account is legitimately closed, the current balance will be returned; however, bonus-related funds may be forfeited.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance will be refunded subject to applicable terms and conditions. Account closure requests may take 5–7 business days to process.
